Modo Kit: Linear Falloff Symmetric Cycle Button

• Adds a Button to the "Auto Size" Settings of the Linear Falloff
• Keeps Start and End of the Falloff intact
• Button has Dynamic Labeling to Cycle through
  • Start -- > End
  • End --> Start
  • None
  • Alternate Command: Ctrl to drop Linear Falloff
  • has small and large Icons to support Worbpench Pick outside of the Linear Falloff settings
